This workshop covers the basics of self-hypnosis, beginning with explaining what hypnosis is and why would use it.  In this particular workshop we will explore using self-hypnosis for supporting healing and health, as well as accelerated healing.  This will include conversations about the Autonomic Nervous System, beliefs, and perception.  These subjects offer understandings about how hypnosis can impact our physiology.
