This workshop covers not only self-hypnosis but also the HeartMath Heart/Brain coherence bio-feedback program for Stress and Anxiety.  Besides the basics, there will be a presentation on how our emotional states impact our health and ability to heal.  Also discussed are ways to utilize this information to improve healing potential, focus, and intuition.  The workshop is:
