This 1-1/2 hour workshop covers the basics of self-hypnosis including induction, creating therapeutic statements, utilizing imagery and the HeartMath heart/brain coherence technique, with a focus on Stress and Anxiety.  Attendees can get a deeper understanding of anxiety as well as learn tools to address anxiety that can be used right away.
